Our company turns date palm fronds, a natural byproduct of date palm farms, into high performance MDF and HDF boards engineered for the flooring and furniture industries.

What was once burned, discarded, or left to decay becomes a durable, consistent, and beautiful material that meets modern manufacturing needs without relying on forests.

We also strengthen our circular model by using sugarcane bagasse, the leftover fiber from sugar production, as an additional raw material. Using these two abundant agricultural residues, we create boards that are not only reliable in quality but also rooted in a smarter way of producing: 100% renewable materials.

This isn’t just a materials business; it’s a regional transformation. Our factory created hundreds of new jobs in South of Egypt, helping develop a remote area with long term opportunities, skills, and economic momentum.
